How can I get my balloons?
Pick-Up at the Store
The easiest option is to order online and let us know when you’ll be picking it up, or visit our retail location to select balloons in person. We recommend coming in to see the balloons and benefit from our staff's excellent assistance.
Helium Balloons Delivery:
For helium balloon delivery, we provide a convenient service in the Vancouver area at $45 per trip. Schedule your delivery at least 48 hours in advance or explore alternative options like Uber for an on-demand and budget-friendly solution.
Keep shipping and delivery times in mind when placing your order to ensure your balloons arrive just in time for your big event.
Uninflated Balloon Orders:
We always prepare and dispatch our uninflated balloon orders to Canada Post, UPS or FedEx within 1 business day, even during weekends. However, some courier services may not process shipments until the next business day.
To ensure prompt delivery, allow 3-7 days of shipping for uninflated balloons, particularly if you place your order on the weekend.
Don't forget we ship uninflated balloons Canada-wide and to the United States, with free shipping on orders over $75.
Can I bring in my own balloons and have you inflate them for me?
Yes absolutely! While we always recommend buying balloons from us because we offer complimentary helium (except for latex balloons), we also offer our service if you need your own balloons filled up. Prices for filling up balloons with helium depend on their size.

How long do helium balloons last?
Latex Balloons (or “regular balloons” as most people call them): 8-12 hours.
Foil Balloons: 3-5 days.
Bubble Balloons: 2-4 weeks.
