Party Supplies & Costumes Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy: Please note that all party supply sales are final and non-refundable.

Customer Satisfaction: Although our party supplies are sold as final sale items, we are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to rectify any unexpected situations that may arise. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Planning Ahead: As with any event, it's always a good idea to plan your party accordingly and have contingencies in place. We're proud of the high-quality party supplies we offer, and while we've never had an issue with our products, it's always best to be prepared.

Balloons & Helium Refund Policy:

Out of Stock: In the rare event that a balloon you've ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to find an alternative option. If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

Uninflated Balloons: We offer free shipping on uninflated balloon orders over $50. If you have any issues with your uninflated balloons, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. However, please note that all balloon sales are final.

Helium-Filled Balloons: Due to the nature of helium-filled balloons and their unique handling requirements, we're unable to provide refunds for anything helium related for any reason. We recommend scheduling a pick-up or considering alternative delivery options like Uber for a more budget-friendly solution.

Final Sale Policy: Please note that all balloon sales are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is out of stock. Despite this, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to rectify any unexpected situations that may arise. We encourage you to double-check your order before submitting it to ensure you have selected the correct items and quantities. As with any event, it's always a good idea to plan your party accordingly and have contingencies in place, even though we're proud to say our party supplies have consistently delivered a delightful experience to our customers.

Everyday Household Products Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.

Unopened Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition you received it in.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our friendly customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
